Hi, i am trying to use XPS printer over RDP session.
The problem is that the printer is printing only onto TS local drives
(always asking to choose the file name) but not over RDP to a client driver -
there is no chooser/popup on a client side.

How can I configure XPS printer/TS to allow that?

The Microsoft XPS Document Writer is intented to convert any document to an
XPS document. So, you will always be prompted to enter a file name into
which your XPS document will be stored.

If you are using the redirected XPS Document Writer and want to store the
file on the client, you can save it on the redirected drive on the file
prompt UI.

Microsoft XPS Document Writer is only a convertor. If you print a document
to an actual physical printer on the client (local or network), then the
client side driver will be used.

It's a pity,
My intension was to use XPS Document Writer as a default printer for RDP
clients and therefore to not to install extra drivers on the server. If a
client was able to preview and print XPS documents on a client side (without
redirecting local disks-because of security) it would be easier to deploy
unsupported printers on a TS environment.
I think I will use PDFCreator as a solution instead.
